Check into the hotel at any time after 3 PM.
Noon – 5 PM: Visit the welcome table in the hotel lobby.
6-7 PM: Welcome reception at the hotel with 1 complimentary drink* per person.
The rest of the evening at your leisure. Dinner is at your own expense.

Day 2

6:30-9:30 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel "Vitruv” restaurant.
10 AM – 4 PM: Berlin city tour; includes lunch with 1 soft drink, transporation and an English-speaking guide. 

• 9:45 AM: Gather at the hotel lobby area.
• 10 AM: Depart from the hotel.
• 10 AM-12:30 PM: Explore Berlin’s top sites, including the Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz, Holocaust Memorial, State Opera, Museum Island, Humboldt Forum, and more.
• 12:30-2:30 PM: Enjoy a 3-course lunch with 1 soft drink per person at a local restaurant.
• 2:30-4 PM: Continue your city sightseeing tour, passing by Karl Marx Avenue and the East Side Gallery, stopping at Checkpoint Charlie, and seeing the Synagogue before returning to the hotel.
• Upon arrival to the hotel, the rest of the day at your leisure.

Dinner is at your own expense.

Day 3

6:30-10:30 AM: Buffet breakfast at the hotel "Vitruv” restaurant.
The rest of the morning and afternoon at your leisure. Lunch is at your own expense.
7 PM: Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant; includes transportation and a 3-course menu dinner with 1 beverage per person (choice of 1glass of wine, or beer, or soft drink.

• 6:30 PM: Meet with your escort at the hotel lobby area and board the bus.
• 7 - 9 PM PM: Enjoy a 3-course farewell dinner with 1 beverage per person.
• 9:30 PM: Return to the hotel. 

The rest of the evening at your leisure.

Day 4

Check out of the hotel by noon.

Berlin City Tour:

• This activity involves extensive walking, some of which is outdoors. It is not recommended for guests with mobility issues and certain other health conditions. Please consult your physician prior to booking travel.

• We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes and clothing on the tour, and bring along a hat and sunscreen.

You understand and acknowledge that participating in DreamTrips is a benefit of DreamTrips Membership; therefore, your monthly membership fees must be current and paid in full at the time of travel. If you book a DreamTrips package and cancel your membership, or your membership is in inactive status at the time of travel, you understand and acknowledge that your trip will be cancelled and subject to refund as outlined in the cancellation policy for your particular trip.

Travel is unpredictable and country restrictions due to COVID-19 change regularly; please understand that the policies below apply and you are encouraged to purchase travel protection.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 46 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 45 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.

Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than May 11 and are subject to a fee of up to US$100. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.

If you do not book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel’s then-current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.
• Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
